To begin the process you will need to send some personal information to BSI. This information must be provided by all parties on the Note and Mortgage. The following information must be provided to BSI to initiate a workout review:

A hardship letter explaining exactly what circumstances caused your default (please include exact dates and figures).
Completed hardship form
Print out a copy of the Borrower Assistance Form available in PDF Format or EXCEL Format, complete it and mail it to us, along with the additional information
 
Copies of the past two years' tax returns along with the IRS form no. 4506T-EZ. Please print and fill out the PDF format of IRS form no. 4506T-EZ (English Version), or the PDF format of IRS form no. 4506T-EZ (Spanish Version), complete it and mail it to us.
Copies of the two most current bank statements (i.e. Savings, checking, credit union).
Copies of the two most recent pay stubs (including unemployment, compensation, disability,or SSI).

A copy of the listing agreement if the property is listed for sale.
